The Hydrographic Society UK (THS UK) is a founding member of the umbrella group, the Interbational Federation of Hydrographic Socieities (IFHS).

IFHS, previously The Hydrographic Society, was formed in 1972 and now comprises eight member societies around the world, including THS UK.
